This is my cover of Changin' My Life - Eternal Snow from Full Moon wo Sagashite. I performed this song for the ax idol 2006 auditions. Judges weren't havin' it. I was soo very nervous. I remember one of the judges commented "what do I say to that?" to another judge. I don't know what to make of that comment. Another judge was like it was nice but they wanted more oomph. Oh well. I am recovered from that trauma now...one year later.

I’ve been told that I shouldn’t abandon/neglect a blog without an apology.. or at least attempting an excuse, b/c I might’ve just wasted someone’s time if they visited this site and didn’t find something new. Soo…yeah…I’m really sorry, I’ve been busy/distracted (one of those).

Speaking of being distracted…while I was driving home in the rain (a few days ago), I was wondering how raindrops were formed. You always think of rain as falling from the sky, but I guess many of those drops that were splattering against my windshield could’ve been formed right as I hit them. So then I thought, well gee raindrops form pretty randomly don’t they…I wonder if someone could calculate exactly when & where a drop would form. Then it hit me. If it could be calculated, doesn’t that mean that it’s not really random? Well wait, random number generators based on some program “algorithm”.

Darn Quiznos =P Every single Quiznos that I've been to (two of them!) has been weird. Plus they won't release nutritional info. I conclude that Quiznos' are evil.

::Sigh:: I miss those days of tending to stem cells. But gawd how can a person live a life? The darn things don't care about your schedule, or time of day, or day of the week, or holidays.

Stem Cell Lines Faked
Probably the result of terribly time-pressured competition and such tiny room for recognition (How many people have won the nobel prize total?). You have to be the first to publish results or someone else takes all (fame and $) and you're the guy that finished second. Such a hard hit when a study takes 5 years to complete. (Arbitrary number. Of course time periods vary.) But still, it's not like you can say "I'll try again tomorrow." You've gotta try again for the next 5 years (same arbitrary number). And that's if you can still find funding and have a direction to follow. Then there are the political and social pressures to finish first and/or fast.

What can I say? Went for Peter, but stayed for Adrien (Adrien was surprisingly kinda hot in this movie. Soo ick! in The Village. Lol.) and Naomi Watts. But there was just something about the movie that I couldn't figure out until now.

Oh man. I feel bad for all those that contributed to Aeon Flux's $12.7 million opening weekend. You knew it was going to be bad when they wouldn’t pre-release it for critic review. But a 12% rating? Haha, good gravy. That’s a pretty hard way to suck. D@mn trailers are deceiving.
